A Case of Low Grade Endometrial Stromal Sarcoma of Corpus Uteri

Abstract

|
The low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma is very rare.
It has occasional local recurrence, which might be arisen from endometrial stroma, from adenomyosis, rarely from endometriosis. The authors recently experienced a cases of low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma in a 36 years old woman.
This case was treated by total abdominal hysterectomy. It was revealed low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma, showing myometrial invasion. The authors briefly described the clinical and pathologic findings of low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma
with a
review of literatures.
